Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor for Unified Communications technologies, you will play a key role in building, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting various Unified Communication and Collaboration Services.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 7 years' experience in a Voice/Unified Communications/System Administration role, with expertise in MS Teams Voice and PABX systems, Contact Centre systems, telephony infrastructure, and voice recording platforms.

You will lead and participate in projects, including research and testing provisioning of new technology where required. You will collaborate in sprints and daily stand-ups, tackle blockers, deliver project tasks, liaise with external vendors as required, provide regular review, analysis, and reporting of system availability, and create and maintain technical documentation for new installations and systems changes.
