With exciting growth at Ingenia Communities Group and significant investment in our Marketing strategy, we are looking for a seasoned Public Relations & Social Media Manager. Fuel your passion for tourism and propel the Ingenia Holidays brand to new heights in this newly created opportunity.

**Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement proactive public relations strategies to promote Ingenia Holiday Parks' brand image, products, and services.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and favourable publicity.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and issues; provide timely and relevant responses.
- Plan and coordinate press events, press trips, and media interviews to maximize media exposure.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms to engage the target audience, drive traffic, and increase brand loyalty.
- Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Support the marketing team in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on PR and social media best practices and guidelines.
- Oversee relationships with external PR agencies, social media influencers, and partners to ensure alignment with company goals and deliverables.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully executing public relations and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of success in public relations and social media roles within a large consumer-facing brand.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry or related fields is advantageous as is passion for the travel and hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong media relationships as you will be working with a significant media budget.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for events and industry engagements as required.
