Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing revenue collection processes

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports
  • Contribute to process development, improvement, and implementation related to customer service
  • Participate in team building and culture improvement initiatives within Revenue Operations

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience with ability to handle stressful situations
  • Experience in call centre environments required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy level
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Self-driven, adaptable, resilient, and able to make informed decisions
