
Field Marketing Manager

**Position Description**: As our Field Marketing Manager, you will lead field marketing initiatives for the assigned geographic markets, working closely with the Manager, Field Marketing, country managers, regional sales managers, demand generation and portfolio marketing teams to build and implement effective marketing plans aligned with the business strategy. Marketing programs will target both prospective and existing hospital, health system and aged care facility executive buyers. We are looking for someone who is experienced in leading the strategic and tactical planning and driving execution of regional marketing programs crafted to achieve or exceed revenue objectives. This role will report to the Manager, Field Marketing.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the creation and execution of strategic and tactical field marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders in the region to create awareness and advocacy of Vocera solutions
- Research and develop regional POV to inform marketing plan based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, buying process, buyer personas, and healthcare policy
- Lead regular cross functional meetings with marketing and international sales to promote effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement co-marketing programs with key reseller partners
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market and ABM plans in alignment with strategic accounts
- Develop and manage key external relationships with industry associations and organizations, trade publications, and vendors and agencies

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in technology targeting the healthcare vertical; with at least 2 years in field marketing
- Experience working with globally dispersed cross functional teams and colleagues
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and large deal complexity
- International travel up to 20% of the time
