You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.What You'll DoBook product demonstrations for potential customersCollaborate with Account Executives to successfully attain partnerships with prospectsAssist with closing the deal through detailed qualification calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunitiesUnderstand business workflows to effectively communicate the value and opportunities that Simpro Group's products provideBuild a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and converting outbound opportunitiesUpdate client information records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemParticipate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharingExecute personal campaigns to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects, aiming for high conversion to qualified leads and a strong close rateNurture key stakeholder relationships through honest discussion of Simpro Group's products and servicesPosition a compelling value proposition to single decision-makers and larger buyer groups and advise on the sales processWhat You'll BringDemonstrable experience in a similar sales and/or lead generation roleA professional with a consultative approach to salesStrong IT skillsAbility to learn a comprehensive software platformExcellent communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships with customersAbility to work effectively under pressure and consistently hit sales targetsEagerness to contribute to a positive office cultureWorking knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, GongCore valuesWe Are One TeamWe Are Customer CentricWe Are Growth MindedWe Are AccountableWe Celebrate SuccessSimpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark are equal opportunity employers with a best-of-class onboarding program and supportive team environments.
