We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business through lead generation, client management, and technical sales.

Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales.
Experience in calibration, testing, instrumentation, or technical services is advantageous but not required.
Strong communication abilities with interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience and success in cold calling or outbound phone sales, while showing resilience in handling rejection and maintaining motivation during outbound sales campaigns.
A current and valid Australian driver's licence is required
Experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our target industry
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales within the existing client database.
Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and service updates.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Cross-business Collaboration
Coordinate with internal calibration technicians, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Communicate client requirements clearly to ensure work is performed to expectation.
