Job Title: Business Development Representative

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a critical role in our sales department as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in achieving sales and profitability targets for your store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales and profitability growth by delivering ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the Communications Team
  • Leading and maintaining agreed communications department merchandising standards
  • Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and regulatory standards with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting
Key Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience and broad knowledge of Telco
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities and ability to sell retail products and merchandise
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and work under pressure
