What you can expect in a day in this role
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience of guests, offer a warm welcome and personalised check-in, and manage the guest experience throughout their stay. You'll coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and conduct briefings to keep staff informed of special requests and guest needs, ensuring a consistent, exceptional experience for all guests.
What you will bring to the role
You'll be passionate about delivering the highest standards of guest services, ensuring a memorable experience. Ideally, you'll also bring:
Highly developed organisational skills and a fine eye for detail,
Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and RMS Hotel Management System (preferred)
Proven leadership skills and team development skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Experience in guest-centric roles, capable of selling property experiences

This role is in a beautiful remote Tasmanian location, but still only a two hour drive away from Hobart and Launceston.
