Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience for guests
  • Offer a warm welcome and personalised check-in
  • Manage the guest experience throughout their stay
  • Cordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct briefings to keep staff informed of special requests and guest needs

Requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of guest services
  • Highly developed organisational skills and fine eye for detail
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and RMS Hotel Management System (preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills and team development skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience in guest-centric roles capable of selling property experiences
