  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless room preparation and meet guest needs effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in guest service, accompanied by sound knowledge of booking systems.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, enabling engaging conversations with guests.
  • A vibrant attitude, allowing for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility to work across various business areas if required.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Do Food Safely Certificate of completion.
