**Job Description**:
We are seeking a vibrant and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Strahan Village in this casual position. Our Guest Service Team deliver an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for Tasmania's remote, wild places.

**Qualifications**:
**You'll bring to our team**:

- Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of Opera or a similar booking system
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
