Located in the picturesque Cradle Mountain region, we are seeking a Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experience.

About The Role: This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding service to guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing guest arrivals and departures
  • Accurately managing accounts using our park booking system
  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation readiness
  • Providing guests with information regarding property amenities and local attractions
  • Completing daily office administration tasks
  • Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and guests

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience in a Front Office environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • Current driver's license essential
