With dotted line accountability to state managers, you will be the central link between operations, HR, payroll, and finance, ensuring the business is resourced to deliver today while being future-ready for tomorrow.Lead workforce planning, demand forecasting, and resourcing strategies across multiple states.Oversee national rostering, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee wellbeing.Drive productivity benchmarking and workforce optimisation initiatives.Deliver continuous improvement in rostering and scheduling systems.Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven workforce strategies.Ensure compliance with EBAs, Awards, Fair Work, and fatigue management policies.About YouWe are seeking a leader who thrives in complex, high-volume environments and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
You bring:20+ years' workforce management experience across multi-site industries (retail, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare or similar).
Expertise in rostering, labour modelling, payroll budgeting, and workforce compliance.Proven success leading centralised workforce support functions, including productivity and rostering teams.Strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and experience with EBAs.A track record of driving efficiency and cost savings while improving service delivery and employee engagement.Inspirational leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build capability in others.Why Apply?
