
National Workforce Planning Position

We are seeking an experienced workforce planning specialist to oversee a national workforce support function.
- This newly created role will lead workforce planning, demand forecasting, and resourcing strategies across multiple states.
- You will be responsible for overseeing national rostering, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
- Drive productivity benchmarking and workforce optimisation initiatives.
- Deliver continuous improvement in rostering and scheduling systems.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven workforce strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment agreements, awards, fair work, and fatigue management policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 20+ years' experience in workforce management across multi-site industries (retail, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare or similar).
- Expertise in labour modelling, payroll budgeting, and workforce compliance.
- A proven track record of leading centralised workforce support functions, including productivity and rostering teams.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and experience with employment agreements.
- Inspirational leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build capability in others.
This is a full-time permanent role with an immediate start. You will join a high-performing team at a pivotal moment, with the autonomy to deliver measurable impact across the national network.
