National Workforce Planning Role

This is a leadership position overseeing national workforce support functions with direct and indirect reports across multiple states.

  • Lead strategic workforce planning, demand forecasting, and resourcing initiatives to ensure business readiness for future demands.
  • Develop and implement national rostering strategies that drive compliance, efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
  • Drive productivity benchmarking and workforce optimisation projects to enhance operational performance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven workforce strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial relations frameworks, Awards, Fair Work, and fatigue management policies.
About You

We seek a seasoned leader who excels in complex environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise. You bring:

  • 20+ years of experience in workforce management across multi-site industries.
  • Expertise in rostering, labour modelling, payroll budgeting, and workforce compliance.
  • A proven track record of leading centralised workforce support functions, including productivity and rostering teams.
  • A strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and experience with Awards.
  • A history of driving efficiency and cost savings while improving service delivery and employee engagement.
  • Inspirational leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop others.
