**Workforce Planning Expert**

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Expert to join our team on a 36-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive workforce analysis, developing data-driven insights, and providing expert recommendations to support business decision-making.

This role requires a strong understanding of organizational strategy, change management, and talent planning principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality workforce plans that align with business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that meet business needs
  • Conducting workforce analysis and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in a related field such as human resources, organizational development, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality workforce plans that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $110-$130 per hour, paid every two weeks, plus all public holidays, sick leave and annual leave.
