**About the Role**:
The Team Administrator contributes to support the execution of administrative duties for the Control Execution teams, including maintaining and coordinating meetings, conferences, communications, calendars, and data.

This role has high visibility and considerable interaction with senior management.

**Individual Accountabilities**
- Support the development and delivery of work plans, managing the execution of administrative functions and communications
- Support of the Control Execution leaders and frontline team members
- Develops and communicates insights that guide data driven action and decision making
- Sources information, plans and conducts analyses to support evidence
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Applies and evaluates change management tools, methods, data, purpose, value and strategic direction
- Supports the management of vendor/customer selection, contracts and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes mitigate BHP's exposure to risk
- Applies and understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance
- Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation

**About You**:

- You will independently organise and coordinate administrative activities that support overall work alignment and the efficient delivery of work plans
- Develop culturally sensitive communications and manage stakeholder relationships on behalf of leaders
- Prioritise and adapt tasks, activities, meetings and events in a constantly changing business environment
- Develop and execute processes that efficiently manage key administrative tasks
- Create and guide others to maintain standard documents in line with data management requirements
- Develop and implement team events and routines that foster a culture of inclusion, learning, friendship, positivity and productivity in line with BHP values
