Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive strategic partnerships with leading media agencies across the region, fostering a deep understanding and effective implementation of TikTok's advertising solutions among these partners. This involves leveraging internal and external data to develop tailored growth strategies for key agency partners.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with social, activation, digital, and performance teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, this role requires educating agencies on TikTok's advertising capabilities, identifying and addressing barriers to product adoption, and delivering integrated, agency-specific solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Additionally, capturing and relaying structured feedback from agencies to internal teams will be crucial in guiding product development, adoption, and innovation. Regular performance reviews and strategic updates will also be essential to track success and surface new opportunities for agency growth and innovation on TikTok.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in building new customer relationships, particularly with advertising agencies
Strong understanding of the Australian Agency Landscape and established connections within this space
Proven track record of delivering results in sales or partnership development roles at digital media or advertising technology companies
Excellent communication skills, enabling confident interactions with senior agency and client contacts
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
