About the Role
The Value Creation Lead is a key position in transforming client relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships. This role drives end-to-end creation, ideation, development, and delivery of strategic client solutions that enhance our position as a trusted advisor in retail media and foster long-term partnerships with high-impact clients.
This leader will craft and deliver compelling, end-to-end narratives that address C-suite client needs and drive long-term business growth by deeply understanding client goals, market dynamics, and our capabilities. The Value Creation Lead helps unlock new opportunities, drive value creation, and position us as an indispensable partner for C-suite decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of compelling points of view on key topics relevant to C-suite clients in retail media.
- Lead research initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, customer insights, and macroeconomic factors affecting the retail media landscape.
- Develop innovative, end-to-end retail media solutions that align with client goals and market dynamics.
- Lead high-level client interactions, including strategy presentations and consultative discussions with C-suite executives.
- Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction through the successful implementation of value creation strategies.

What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in strategic consulting, client advisory roles, retail media, or market research.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the retail, media, or consulting industries, ideally with exposure to C-suite executives.
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
