Join our organisation as a Commercial Manager and drive commercial partnerships that provide genuine value to customers. Your role will be to develop new business revenue through advertising, sponsorships, and experiential brand partnerships.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, grow, and deliver new business revenue in line with assigned targets through strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.• Foster long-term relationships with brands across the property portfolio to deliver effective client solutions and positive commercial outcomes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative commercial sponsorship programs that meet client needs and drive strategic brand outcomes.• Analyse data insights to inform effective collateral and client solutions that meet business objectives.• Facilitate the delivery and installation of media solutions across internal and external stakeholders.• Deliver exceptional branded experiences for customers and meet media portfolio objectives, budgets, and goals.• Unlock new partnerships and commercial opportunities across media, agencies, and brand owners.• Develop and execute retail experiential strategy by category and seek innovative ways to drive sundry income that is relevant to the customer experience.• Build rapport and collaborate with brands, retailers, operators, media owners, customers, authorities, and teams.• Administer bookings and ensure accurate input of information into administration systems.• Drive innovative thinking, challenge the status quo, and promote a client-focused culture.• Provide ongoing strategic advice in relation to all elements of the advertising portfolio.• Take a leading role in commercial ideation, strategy, and insight and shape this into a commercial solution to solve challenges right through to implementation stage.
