RØDE is on the hunt for a Media and Partnerships Manager who can help foster and develop our brand presence on YouTube and through key partnerships.

**About you**:

- Passionate about the intersection of media, partnerships, and brand growth.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain fruitful partnerships with brands and influencers.
- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for securing beneficial terms in partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of driving impactful results in a dynamic environment.

**Your Duties**:
**Media Management**
- Develop and execute global media strategies to enhance our brand visibility and reach for product launches and campaigns
- Liaise with our close media partners on product launches and campaigns
- Establish new relationships with new media publications
- Monitor media coverage and analyse effectiveness to optimize future strategies

**Brand and Corporate Partnerships**
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant brands and corporations to drive mutual growth and brand alignment
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure beneficial terms for both parties
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage partnerships for marketing activities

**YouTube Reviewer Partnerships**
- Identify and establish partnerships with YouTube creators
- Coordinate product reviews and collaborations with creators to generate positive exposure and endorsement
- Manage relationships with YouTube creators to ensure ongoing engagement and partnership success
- Monitor YouTube coverage and report back on sentiment, product requests and community feedback
