Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager, Media and Partnerships to join our Sydney team. You will drive commercial partnerships and alliances that provide genuine services for Customers whilst delivering strong financial outcomes for the Mirvac property Portfolio. We do this by working collaboratively to deliver bold and innovative concepts, experience, and new ways of working across our Property Portfolio

**Your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
Develop, grow and deliver new business revenue in line with assigned targets through advertising, sponsorships and experiential brand partnerships
Building new and long-term brand and Commercial partnerships across the Mirvac Property Portfolio.
Unlocking new brand partnerships across the portfolio that deliver upon portfolio objectives, budgets, and strategy.
Collaborate with all members of the Mirvac team to deliver effective client solutions and positive commercial outcomes for the Mirvac portfolio
Collaborate with Marketing teams to deliver innovative commercial sponsorship programs and proactively present these opportunities to potential clients and drive strategic brand outcomes.
Utilize both internal & external data/insights to deliver both effective collateral and client solutions
Grow Advertising revenue with the Mirvac Retail environments.
Facilitating the delivery and installation of media solutions across internal and external stakeholders.
Delivering exceptional memorable and rewarding branded experiences for our customers and deliver on the media portfolio objectives, budgets and goals;
Unlocking partnerships and new commercial opportunities across media, agencies and brand owners
Develop and execute retail experiential strategy by category and seek innovative ways to drive sundry income that is relevant to the customer experience
Building rapport and meeting with brands, retailers, operators, media owners, customers, authorities, Mirvac teams.
Administering bookings and ensuring accurate input of information into Administration systems
Driving innovative thinking, challenging the status quo, and promoting a client focused culture
Providing on-going strategic advice in relation to all elements of the Mirvac advertising portfolio
Take a leading role in commercial ideation, strategy and insight and shaping this into a commercial solution to solve challenges right through to implementation stage.

To be successful you will be a Sales leader with the ability to think, drive and grow new revenue. You will have a new business focus with the hunger to win and achieve financial goals as well as an entrepreneurial and curious mindset with a keen interest in accelerating business outcomes

Proven track record in building a strong external network and relationships which lead to new business, Commercial/financial acumen and experience in the preparation of strategies to achieve Financial Goals is crucial

You will have proven ability to consistently hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, excellent decision making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically and adapt to change.

Finally you will have demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans and deliver innovative multi-channel experiences and uncover Commercial opportunities within the Property Environment
