An exciting opportunity has presented for a highly skilled tender writer/submissions coordinator to take on the dynamic role of Submissions Coordinator within our Group Submissions Team based in WA, VIC or SA. This role will provide assistance to the technical teams in the preparation, coordination and supervision of proposals, including responses to EOIs and RFTs.

The role:

- Engage across business units and third-party organisations in the management, coordination and preparation of fee letters, proposals and tenders ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all tender documentation is completed to program.
- Draft EOI and tender responses including case studies, management plans and methodologies, resources, CV's and other response information to support a high-quality submission.
- Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines and address client requirements.
- Maintain and update WGA tender databases, CV's, showcases and tailored capability statements including written content, editing and research.
- Contribute to other pre-contracts activities and functions.
- Provide support in the development of business development updates, including client presentations, internal and external award nominations.
- Significant experience in the management of a proposal and submissions portfolio (up to $500m)
- Prior experience or background in consulting, engineering, construction, property, communication or journalism is highly desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of organisation and ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and champion a collaborative team environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite is fundamental with Adobe (InDesign) desirable.
