The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Submissions Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team in Richmond, VIC. This full-time role supports the Southern Construction Region (VIC, TAS & SA), working closely with the Submissions Manager, Senior Submissions Coordinator and a diverse range of stakeholders.

Your contribution will be essential in delivering high-quality ROI, EOI, and tender submissions, supporting business development, and fostering our culture of Good Work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions (ROI, EOI and tenders), including developing writing plans, timetables, and facilitating workshops.
  • Gather and collate information from managers, engineers and other stakeholders for submissions.
  • Draft, format and proofread both technical and non-technical content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain prequalification portals and update resource libraries (CVs, project sheets, testimonials).
  • Monitor and distribute tender alerts and assist with business development and admin tasks.
  • Actively contribute to our team meetings, promote open communication, and support ongoing process improvements.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in tender or bid coordination, with skills in writing and collating submission content.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, plus working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive team player who embraces our REAL values and is committed to learning and growth.
