We're now looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Submissions Coordinator** to join our **Pre-Contracts Team** and help shape our success through compelling, high-quality tender submissions.

Reporting to the Submissions Lead, based at our head office in Campbellfield, VIC, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a meaningful, long-term career within a company that genuinely values its people and invests in their personal and professional growth.

**How You'll Make a Difference**:

- **Coordinate and manage the full bid submission process.**:

- **Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather technical information and pricing.**:

- **Format and layout submission documents in line with brand guidelines.**:

- **Maintain a central library of reusable content, case studies, and CVs.**:

- **Conduct post-submission reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.**:

- **Support the Pre-Contracts team with scheduling and documentation.**

**What You'll Bring**:

- **A relevant degree in Engineering, Communications, or similar (preferred).**:

- **3-5 years' experience in tender submissions or proposal coordination, ideally in construction or infrastructure.**:

- **Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.**:

- **Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Aconex, or Procore.**:

- **High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.**:

- **Graphic/layout skills in Adobe InDesign (highly desirable).**
