Talent Acquisition Business Partner
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and developing top talent across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to guide them through the recruitment process, ensuring timely requisition approval and job description development
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent, leveraging creative networking sources, job boards, applicant databases, and digital media platforms
Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open positions, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, and career opportunities
Maintain accurate records and reporting, utilizing recruitment software to drive data-driven insights and inform business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate and agency environments
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
