**Job Opportunity:** Talent Acquisition Specialist

A successful talent acquisition specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing an effective recruitment strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, be highly motivated, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining instructions regarding recruitment needs, position specifications, and required skills;
  • Creation of roles on employment platforms, ensuring correct process set-up;
  • Negotiating job offers, including compensation packages and other terms of employment;
  • Staying up-to-date regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability; and
  • Assisting with employee experience and wellbeing initiatives and wider tasks as needed.

Requirements include:

  • One of the following:
  • A recognized bachelor's degree or higher;
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

Desired qualifications and experience include:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of full-time relevant experience in:
  • Prior established experience in recruiting technology professionals, data analysts, customer support staff, project managers, business analysts, and sales assistants and/or managers;
  • Proficiency with employment software, Asana, and LinkedIn;
  • Previous role in an organization with a 'software as a service' model.
