The ACCC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers, develop tailored talent acquisition strategies, and ensure quality support to all stakeholders.

About the Role

This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and developing tailored talent acquisition strategies.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine workforce requirements and creating tailored talent acquisition plans.
  • Ensuring high-quality and client-centric support is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Supporting panels in delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with best practices, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build pools of candidates aligned to key skills.
  • Supporting senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment.
  • Contributing to improvements in recruitment services, including system enhancements, documenting knowledge, and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment.
  • Prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex inquiries.
  • Experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects.
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation, and/or equivalent recruitment experience.
