Overview
We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to drive Atlassian's Executive R&D hiring strategy, with a key focus on global executive hiring for technical roles. As a strategic Talent Acquisition leader, you will own the execution of Executive R&D growth objectives, collaborating closely with senior business leaders to shape the future of our teams while recruiting for a small number of key roles. As an Executive Recruiting Manager, you will lead executive hiring initiatives within Engineering and technical specializations, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for critical roles. Your strategic insight and leadership will be essential in building a dynamic, high-performing workforce to support Atlassian's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Drive Atlassian's Executive R&D hiring strategy with a key focus on global executive hiring for technical roles.
- Own the execution of Executive R&D growth objectives, collaborating with senior business leaders to shape the future of our teams while recruiting for a small number of key roles.
- Lead executive hiring initiatives within Engineering and technical specializations, ensuring attraction of top-tier talent for critical roles.
- Build and mentor a dispersed recruiting team to support executive hires and maintain a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with C-level and senior executives to define hiring strategies, influence decision-making, and deliver leadership talent.
- Lead with data-driven strategies to improve hiring outcomes and scale hiring efforts globally.
Qualifications
- Track record owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organise and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
- Experience using complex data to drive insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
- Ability to lead a global dispersed team of executive recruiters while handling requisitions and mentoring them through change.
- Strong stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D, partnering with leaders to improve hiring outcomes using data-led strategies.
- Ability to mentor and coach TA teams and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
- Alignment to our values and experience exhibiting them in actions and communication with colleagues and candidates.
- Extensive experience leading executive and senior leadership recruiting within a fast-scaling environment within a global company or executive search firm.
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team of senior talent professionals.
- Proven ability to partner with C-level and senior executives to define hiring strategies, influence decision-making, and deliver top-tier leadership talent.
- Track record of building and mentoring high-performing dispersed recruiting teams, with focus on executive search, candidate experience, and equitable hiring practices.
- Deep knowledge of market mapping, talent intelligence, and creative sourcing strategies to engage diverse leadership talent globally.
