Leadership Opportunity: Executive Talent Manager

This executive role plays a vital part in shaping the Department's talent acquisition strategies.

The Executive Talent Manager will lead a team of specialists to deliver high-impact executive talent initiatives that align with DCS values and recruitment policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Executive Talent team to drive strategic objectives and deliver exceptional services.
  • Design and implement executive recruitment and mobility strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and internal talent management.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and support capability development.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects as required, working collaboratively with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.

About You

  • You bring deep experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, ideally within the public sector, with strong knowledge of relevant policies.
  • You're a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement and team development, along with proven leadership skills in complex organisations.
  • You lead with empathy, clarity, and a customer-centric mindset.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or HRCI).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, preferably in a government agency.
