We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Associate to join our clients Executive Talent Acquisition team for an initial 3-month contract.
Job Description:This role will be key in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for executive level positions across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Executive Talent Team Lead acting as a crucial central point for all recruitment coordination activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a polished professional to contribute to high-level talent acquisition within a leading global firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the coordination of recruitment processes for Head of and GM-level roles
- Build strong relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders across the business to facilitate interview scheduling
- Coordinate and assist with the setup of assessments
- Prepare and assist in the development of exec level interview guides
- Proven experience working in the executive search level space as a recruitment coordinator or administrator
- Demonstrated ability to interact and build rapport effectively at the senior and C-Suite levels
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
