**What will you be doing?**

As a Modern Workplace Support with Chamonix, you will be part of the MSP team providing technical support and expertise to ensure the optimal performance, security, and usability of our clients' modern workplace environments. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver exceptional support services and drive successful adoption of modern workplace technologies.

**How will you help contribute to our success?**
- Provide technical support to clients experiencing issues with modern workplace technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assist end-users with inquiries, requests, and training related to modern workspace solutions
- Manage support tickets and service requests through their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records of incidents, solutions, and communication with clients.
- Conduct regular checks and audits of client systems and configurations to ensure compliance with security standards, software updates, and best practices for modern workspace environments.
- Previous experience in providing technical support in an IT helpdesk or service desk environment, with a focus on modern workspace technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
