Performance Marketing Coordinator – Join the Modern Group
Onsite role – Location TBC
The Modern Group, an Australian-owned family business with 50+ years of success in home improvement, is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our national marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day performance marketing campaigns, manage budgets of up to $300K per month, and collaborate with national stakeholders – while also assisting the Marketing Manager across broader digital and brand marketing initiatives.
About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Actively manage paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including setup, optimisation & reporting
- Monitor budgets, ad spend, ROI, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with national stakeholders and external media partners to deliver results
- Assist the Marketing Manager with SEO, SEM, analytics, and content strategy
- Coordinate creative assets for campaigns across digital as well as collaborate with traditional channels (EDMs, TV, print)
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral
This is a full-time onsite role at our Adelaide Head Office (not hybrid or remote).
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, analytical, and love seeing marketing campaigns perform.
- 2–4 years' experience in digital/performance marketing or campaign coordination
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- basic understanding of SEO principles & analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate & work with stakeholders nationally
- Detail-driven, results-focused, and eager to grow in performance marketing
- Bonus: exposure to WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign
