As the Global Partnership Manager, you will lead and foster effective relationships with our Global Partners ensuring we deliver on commitment to be a leading provider of private health insurance in Australia for our Partners.
You will build collaborative working relationship with key business unit heads, ensuring business continuity and knowledge transfer across all key teams.
The major business outcomes from this position are:
- Working autonomously, the position will deliver strong working relationships and mutually beneficial commercial outcomes with all stakeholder groups (internal and external)- Close collaboration with the Business Development function to optimise growth opportunities, as well as provide critical market intelligence to help evolve the relationships with our Partners- Devise and implement strategies to evolve and develop the proposition and the internal and external relationships effectively
Let's talk about you
Your 3+ years experience in B2B relationship management and your ability to build and engage in meaningful relationships at all business levels both internally and externally will see you well placed for success in this role.
Furthermore you will have:
- The ability to operate autonomously- Extensive experience in Private Health Insurance or similar sector (desirable)- Strong commercial acumen (e.g. financial reporting, understand competitive dynamics, contract negotiation, SLA management)- Strategic and business development experience- Strong negotiation and people management skills
