Strategic Partnership Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to manage key merchant and creator agency partnerships in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will drive the growth of top content suppliers by leveraging market insights and implementing partnership strategies that align with our priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with mid to senior-level external partners to build strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to activate and retain top merchants, agencies and creators, aligning with our strategic content goals.
  • Contribute to a global team to support the rollout of global content programs for merchants, creators and other content suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively to shape partner strategies, manage cross-functional dependencies and align internal strategies to maximize partner impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in strategic partner management or a related role, with a focus on content partnerships.
  • 3+ years experience in managing high-level partnerships in the digital content industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant course of study.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, project management and strategic planning skills.
