Global Partnership Development Role

A key position is available in our senior leadership team to drive the growth of partnerships through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial lens, global experience, and a deep understanding of the creator economy.

The role encompasses building and executing a best-in-class global partnerships strategy across influencer marketing, gifting, affiliate programs, strategic brand collaborations, and B2B partnerships. Key responsibilities include owning and executing our global partnership framework as a core commercial channel, leading and continuously evolving our influencer and gifting strategy across tiers, markets, and platforms, implementing and managing a scalable affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution, overseeing compliance, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies for all influencer and ambassador relationships, exploring and testing new partnership formats to innovate in how we show up in the market, and owning the evaluation and optimisation of our partnerships and influencer tech stack.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand strategy (with at least 3 years in a leadership role).
  • Strong understanding of global influencer ecosystems and affiliate structures.
  • Commercial literacy including forecasting, budget management, and contract negotiation.
