Job Overview
Crop Shop Boutique is a fast-growing Australian e-commerce brand redefining athleisure since its launch in 2019. Our mission is to empower women worldwide by blending style, function, and confidence in every piece we create.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our senior leadership team and drive the growth of our partnerships function. This critical role will be responsible for building and executing a best-in-class global partnerships strategy across influencer marketing, gifting, affiliate programs, strategic brand collaborations, and B2B partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial lens, global experience, and a deep understanding of the creator economy. They will bring a unique blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and relationship mastery to cement our position as a partner of choice for talent and collaborators globally.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Partnerships & Influencer Partnerships Strategy: Own and execute our global partnership framework as a core commercial channel.
Build and maintain a 12-month roadmap aligned with our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and product development critical path.
Lead and continuously evolve our influencer and gifting strategy across tiers, markets, and platforms.
Implement and manage a scalable affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution.
Oversee compliance, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies for all influencer and ambassador relationships.
Explore and test new partnership formats to innovate in how we show up in the market.
Own the evaluation and optimisation of our partnerships and influencer tech stack.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand strategy (with at least 3 years in a leadership role).
Strong understanding of global influencer ecosystems and affiliate structures.
Commercial literacy including forecasting, budget management, and contract negotiation.
