Transformation Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of pivotal initiatives by establishing effective reporting systems.
\
Enhance governance by coordinating cross-functional delivery activities and ensuring efficient program completions.
\
Identify and address challenges, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
\
Engage with initiative leads, PMOs, and collaborators to produce reports for business outcomes.

Requirements:
\
\
Experience in supporting the planning and execution of central initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
\
Ability to implement and support delivery frameworks, achievement tracking, and project governance standards.
\
Capability to coordinate initiative resourcing and delivery cadence in collaboration with PMOs and business collaborators.
\
Skills in developing reports to monitor transformation program health, track risks/issues, and ensure timely benefit tracking.
\
Collaborative skills to facilitate coordination across business units for effective delivery of cross-functional programs.
\
Analytical approach to track initiative or portfolio performance against key value drivers and support data-informed discussions.
\
Contributions to capability improvement by sharing standard processes in delivery and project governance.
