Program Coordinator – Transformation Governance (6-Month Contract) 

We're looking for a Program Coordinator to play a hands-on role in supporting a major transformation portfolio. You'll work closely with project and program teams to keep delivery running smoothly, ensuring governance standards are met, reports are prepared, and key meetings are well supported.

Day-to-day, you'll be coordinating activities such as onboarding new resources, engaging vendors, maintaining tools and processes, and providing the oversight that enables projects to stay on track and deliver outcomes.

This is a varied role with plenty of exposure across a high-profile change portfolio.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a complex project/program delivery environment.
  • Have been in the project delivery lifecycle and have the experience in delivery to work with program managers to help them remove governance blockers
  • Understanding of project delivery methods, processes, standards, and tools
  • Familiar with the resourcing needs of software development projects and programs
  • Organised and able to plan own work to meet milestones.
  • Good communication skills and highly developed collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to analyse data, draw conclusions and spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to build relationships to follow up with people on missed deadlines and corrections.
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders to meet portfolio coordination objectives.
