Job Title: Program Coordinator - Transformation & Change

Join our organization as a Program Coordinator to lead the delivery of large-scale transformation projects.

This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO) for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program coordination, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex workstreams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and governance of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the PMO team
  • Coordinate project resources and activities
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience working within a project management discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a consulting environment
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
  • Proven experience in a PMO role within large, complex programs
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
