Program Coordinator | Energy | Large-Scale Digital Transformation

Salt is proud to partner with a leading global Energy & Utilities organisation embarking on a major digital transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Coordinator to provide critical program support and ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring program governance, progress tracking, and financial oversight. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with senior leaders and stream leads to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Program Manager and stream leads in developing and managing detailed project plans.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare progress reports highlighting key risks, issues, and overall program health.
  • Manage and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Oversee program budget management with financial diligence and accountability.
  • Capture and distribute minutes and actions from Steering Group and program meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for key workshops, including scheduling, invitations, and preparation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven Program Coordinator experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong technical proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with SAP Financials highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

What's on Offer

12-month contract with strong potential to extend.

$650 – $700 per day.

Hybrid working model – 3 days onsite at Greystanes, Sydney (onsite requirements may flex depending on program phase).
