Project Coordinator Role

This is a critical position within our Project management team that will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination and execution of large-scale transformation programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive program schedules, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.

This is an opportunity to work closely with delivery leads, project managers, and resource managers to optimize resources across projects and ensure efficient utilization and alignment with program objectives.

As a coordinator, you will identify and manage dependencies among project activities, conduct schedule analysis to optimize resource leveling and critical path management, and facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably within financial services or technology sectors. You should have experience in managing complex program schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

You will also require excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen, time management skills, people management skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
