Program Schedule Manager

This is a pivotal role in the integrated delivery function, reporting to the technology delivery integration lead. The primary responsibility is to develop, maintain and manage an integrated master roadmap for ING Australia's technology transformation programs.

The roadmap includes integrated scheduling of all programs, dependency mapping, and risks and issues management to ensure the transformation programs are delivered on time and with execution certainty.

  • Develop and maintain an integrated schedule for ING Australia's transformation programs, collaborating closely with multiple global and local stakeholders and service providers.
  • Work with program stakeholders to create detailed schedules for their programs within the framework of the master plan, connecting the dots.
  • Develop, maintain and manage a repository of program dependencies, risks and issues for ING Australia's transformation programs to increase execution certainty.
  • Plan and lead workshops to conduct analytical deep dives into existing programs to identify dependency conflicts and propose solutions to resolve them.
  • Support the integrated delivery lead in creation and preparation of high-impact materials, presentations and communications to key governance forums.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a master scheduler and/or program delivery analyst in a complex technology transformation program environment.
  • Experience creating, managing and tracking program plans for enterprise-level organizations.
  • Ability to track, drive and manage complexity into dependencies across programs.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills focusing on building relationships, setting up expectations and owning the engagement for optimal execution.
  • Expert level with MS suite (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and analytical dashboards tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
