**What you'll do
The Group Agility Transformation Lead role is responsible for establishing the foundations for delivering measurable value in the next horizon of our Group Agile transformation; in partnership with our Group Transformation Leads. This role will focus on orchestrating the development and implementation of frameworks, tools, and capabilities to promote consistency that empower teams to deliver value, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in a standardised way across the Group

Additionally you will;
- Create a practical plan for implementing agile work methods that aligns with company goals and maximises value creation.
- Develop a system for measuring progress, proving the benefits of these changes, and using data to guide decisions.
- Lead the company-wide adoption of consistent and effective agile practices.
- Design and maintain agile frameworks, tools, and standards that offer flexibility while ensuring essential consistency across the organisation.Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and data-driven decision-making throughout the company to support the agile transformation.
- **What you'll bring
- Deep knowledge of various Agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to teach them effectively across the organisation.
- Proven experience adapting Agile practices to different situations, including scaling for larger teams.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into practical, actionable plans.
- Experience building and expanding capabilities across different departments in complex organisational structures.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
