
Program Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Coordinator to join a large utilities distributor in Greystanes, Sydney, for a 12-month contract. This is a crucial role supporting a significant digital transformation program, and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Program stream leads to develop and manage project plans.
Monitor program progress and create reports detailing status, progress, key risks, and issues, as well as other program KPIs.
Manage the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of items.
Oversee the program budget, maintaining financial diligence and accountability.
Record and distribute program minutes from key Steering Group meetings.
Schedule and coordinate key workshops, including managing invitations and logistics.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator, specifically with large-scale digital transformation programs.
You are highly proficient with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Visio.
You have experience using SAP Financials.
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
You are a master of organization and time management, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
This is a 12-month contract position.
Rate: $800.00 - $1000.00 per day (inclusive of superannuation)
This is a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days onsite in Greystanes, though this may change depending on program needs.
