If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent sales skills and a strong desire to help people find their dream homes? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hunter, New South Wales.
**THE ROLE**
As a **Regional Sales Manager **your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and oversee all aspects of the sales process, aiming to achieve and exceed budget, profitability, and long-term business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to the growth of the business.
**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team towards the achievement of team and corporate goals within a service-focused environment.
- Establish quotas and goals, ensuring that sales projections are met through monthly monitoring of individual targets and completion of monthly sales reports.
- Responsible for Build relationships with regional land agents and developers, handling all sales-related queries, escalations, and concerns from clients.
- Conduct regular site safety checks, inspections, and monitoring, implementing safe work practices.
- Conduct market research, competitor, and client surveys, build relationships with regional land agents and developers.
- Responsible for overseeing CRM functionality and utilization by the team.
**To be successful for this role you'll need**:
- 5-7 years' experience in a sales management role in a related market (e.g., new home sales, land sales, development real estate).
- Processes Excellent knowledge of the new homes' sales customer journey. Demonstrated success in sales development.
- Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, knowledge of Residential Housing Industry and Sales.
