Job Title: Territory Sales Manager 

The opportunity for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Newcastle has arisen. This part-time role involves regional travel and requires the maintenance and growth of business within a territory of approximately 300 veterinary clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with veterinarians across the territory.
  • Plan and conduct regular face-to-face visits to existing clinics on a 12-week cycle.
  • Partner with clinics to promote the use of our products.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute to delivering financial outcomes for the territory by working towards state targets.
  • Undertake analysis and planning for the territory and develop strategic action plans.
  • Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database.

About You:

We are seeking individuals with prior sales experience, particularly in veterinary, pharmaceuticals or allied healthcare markets. Essential skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus and self-starting attitude.
