**Role Overview**:
As Pre and Post Site administrator, you will be the point of contact for homeowners. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate the resolution of warranty claims and contract variations, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the reputation of our brand. The contract variations require attention to detail and accurate data input and the Subcontractors pack require an eye for detail and a good understanding of what is required.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**Customer Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for homeowners submitting variations and/or warranty claims, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
**Claim Documentation**: Collect and review contract variations and warranty claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided for efficient processing.
**Coordinate Inspections**: Schedule and coordinate inspections with homeowners and contractors to assess and address warranty-related issues.
**Resolution Management**: Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate the timely resolution of warranty claims, ensuring high-quality repairs or replacements.
**Communication**: Keep internal stake holders and homeowners informed about the status of their warranty claims, providing updates on timelines and resolutions.
**Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of contract variations, subcontractor packs, warranty claims, resolutions, and customer communications.
**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking a customer-centric focused person with previous **experience in construction**, as it is essential that you understand what **defects** are and have previous experience of **contract variations** and the administration around that. Have good experience in resolving issues and being able to utilise the warranties in place. You have strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Communication** is key - excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners, internal teams, and subcontractors. You are also adept at identifying and addressing issues, finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and have meticulous attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
