Construction Project Coordinator Job

This role focuses on supporting the management and execution of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee administrative tasks, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring task progress, allocations, and processes across multiple projects.
  • Facilitating clear communication between investors, contractors, and relevant parties.
  • Addressing client concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Overseeing property management arrangements post-completion and sourcing suitable alternatives for clients.
  • Managing risk by coordinating insurance and verifying compliance at practical completion.
  • Organising defects inspections with licensed third-party inspectors.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries pre- and post-construction.

We seek an individual with 2–3 years' experience in construction administration, property management, or a related field. Knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements is essential, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
