About Us:

Gallery Group is a leading residential construction and development company with a strong presence in Queensland. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Construction Administrator to provide crucial administrative support across our Construction team and manage client files throughout the construction phase. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of client relationships, from the initial site start through to project handover.

About the Role:

As a Construction Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential administrative support to the Construction team.
  • Lodge council applications, and all related documentation.
  • Addressing inquiries from clients and resolve queries promptly.
  • Keeping clients informed and updated on the build process, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor job progress to ensure outstanding tasks are completed within established timeframes.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role within the residential construction industry is essential.
  • A solid understanding of the residential build process.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with customers, trades, and supervisors.
  • Proficiency in Onsite Companion software is preferred.
  • Strong professional references demonstrating your capabilities.
